100 handcrafted Navapashanam-energized and empowered fasting capsules.
Fasting is at the core of our tradition of healing, meditation and tapas. We have simultaneously researched the fasting technologies of various traditions of many different sects, orders and lineages. The syncretic traditions of the Siddhas blended a lot of Sufi/Unani herbalism into the native Tamil herbalism, producing some amazing herbal compounds. Likewise, Guru Boganathar’s Chinese connections are many, and bigu drugs and herbs (read more here and here) are a primary line of research at Tantrik Laboratories. Fasting has been proven to repair stem cells and reverse many diseases. It is a spiritual discipline as well, facilitating deep emotional and spiritual cleansing. Fasting allows medicines and tonics to be absorbed more readily. Those without a guide or guru, let them take fasting as their teacher. Learn the lessons of hunger, of yearning, of suppressing cravings, of being mindful when food is consumed and take only what is needed. Never force bigu, or energized fasting or whatever it may be called in a given tradition. Fast, if you are hungry do your meditations and qi gong, etc. to internalize energy. If you remain hungry, take three pills and return to meditation. If you are still hungry, eat because the body must be prepared for the process. Continue to take healing oils for internal lubrications and drink energized, alkaline water. Remember, if you are hungry you are not in bigu. Much of the hunger can be internal parasites and blood sugar levels fluctuating, as well as a hollow feeling from the detoxification. The true nature of these practices are about laying a foundation of being receptive to a healing or spiritual experience. Purge out toxins and thoughts, preoccupations and passions and actively submit to a process of being receptive. Pranayama and certain qi gong can greatly accelerate bigu fasting, but to simply abstain from food is not a final goal, it is a skillful means. There is a freedom in being unconstrained by food besides the economy of it. Be sure to continue supplements, we stock them because we use them ourselves. There are levels of bigu as well, or, we can say, stages. One can enter and exit the state of energized fasting as well, there is a certain social and cultural ritual around food which at times, except for the most remote hermits, must be observed. One must really listen to the body, one must practice ahimsa and non-violence to oneself. these herbs are not intended to be meal replacements, they are traditional fasting herbs and extracts combined in a traditional Siddha recipe and energized with the Navapashanam bead in their handcrafted processing.*
